Bill Martínez más conocido como EL TIGRE COLOMBIANO abandonó los tinglados Colombianos el 1 de Agosto de 1.986 en un evento que fue todo un acontecimiento para los amantes de la Lucha Libre, esto sucedió en las instalaciones del templo de los deportes en Bogotá "El Coliseo Cubierto el Campín".
Un gran cubrimiento de todos los medios de comunicación y una asistencia sorprendente que deslumbró al mismo Tigre, quien con una gran nostalgia salto al cuadrilátero en la última pelea de la noche para sacar a relucir todo su profesionalismo que al finalizar la noche dejó al borde de la exitación a todos los presentes.
Un pequeño reconocimiento a esa gran insignia de la Lucha Libre en Colombia.
